Oh, Arya is one of my favorites as well. And so is Jon. I love all the Starks. Lol. Oh, and what you said about Jaime earlier. I don't think jackass does him justice. He can be a badass all he wants, but a man who tries to murder and 8-year-old boy will never get respect from me. I like Barristan. He needs to show up. Lol. Clash of Kings is sooo good right now! I'm at the part where Catelyn just visited Renly and they learned at the end of the chapter that Stannis is attacking Storm's End. What a retard!! Seriously, if they had any sense the brothers and Robb would take down the Lannisters together and THEN squabble amongst themselves. But no. There are four big groups and each of them is fighting for everything, and when that happens, three of them are doomed to lose. Oh, and Theon and his dad are major a-holes. I liked Theon before I found out he was such a womanizer and his dad is likely to attack Winterfell. And the chapter I'm about to read is from Jon's POV so I'm excited! I hope the Old Bear doesn't die but I have a feeling he will because he's like Ned in a way. He's old and experienced. And there's no better way to freak out the readers than by killing those people. Idk. I'll see. Oh, come to think of it, it'd be just their luck if the Others attacked the Wall while they were gone and killed everybody and were ramaging throught Winterfell by the time they got there. -____-

You should probably mark that post in with spolier markers.
What's wrong with Renly? He was the nicest guy out of the bunch.

I liked Renly better than Stannis. And besides, they're all traitors anyways. Daenerys is the true ruler of the Seven Kingdoms. And since Ser Barristan wasn't anywhere to be seen for this last book, he's either with Robb (which I doubt) or he's decided to go back into the service of the Targaryens, since he said he was going to find the true king.

I went and got book 3 last night because I was impatient. Lol. So first things first. The prologue! Holy crap!! Talk about a great way to start off. Others. Woo. And then Jaime's POV! Super interesting. He really can't stop thinking about Cersei lol. I kind of feel bad for him because he's stayed loyal to her but Cersei is a ho. I also think all the flashbacks are really interesting. I was really wondering how OLD Jaime and Cersei must be but it turns out he was 15 when he joined the Kingsgaurd and his father is fifty so right now they must be around their 30's. Even though I don't like him at all I'm kind of excited to see what he can do in a fight. And Jon joining the wildlings! I NEVER saw that coming! It sucks that he had to kill Halfhand, though. Sansa's situation is interesting. It looks like she'll be able to escape King's Landing but she'll have to marry that guy who's a lot older than she is. Although I guess I'm used to that now. He sounds nice enough and that's exactly what she needs. Tyrion and Davos survived!! *throws confetti* Davos is in my favorite character list now. Lol watch him die in the next few pages. -___- Tyrion's life is so unfair. Shae's probably going to get hanged and he doesn't get Casterly Rock which should be his. Am I forgetting anyone? I'm around page 150 lol. I want to read stuff from Robb's POV. Yeah that's about it. OH YEAH! I'm forgetting Daenerys. Lol. Ser Jorah kissed her! And she kinda liked it. Oh snap. They're both favorites of mine and I really liked the queen/protector relationship they had going on and there's quite the age difference which I'm trying to get used to so Idk how I feel about them. We'll see. EDIT: So I've been reading and holy crap!! Robb is married!! ALREADY! Lol he was so awkward when he told his mother. xD

Omg. I'm reading the first chapter from Sam's POV and he's having flashbacks of the battle on the Fist ... omg. That is some scary sh*t right there. OMFG!! HE JUST KILLED AN OTHER!! Go SAM!! *waves pom-poms* OMFG AGAIN! They're going to make Tyrion marry Sansa??? NOOOO!!! He would be kind to her of course but they are so not meant for each other. Heheh ... I love how they are going to make Cersei remarry, though. Serves her right. Betch.

Sansa and Tyrion are married. But standing up to his father and decided not to bed her makes him a giant. Speaking of, there's a lot of getting it on in this book. There was this one flashback Dany had that was .... uh ... interesting. Oh, and when she used the Unsullied to free all the slaves? Awesomeness. *goes back to reading. Omg. Robb, Catelyn, and Arya all dead. All of them. f**k. f**k f**k f**k f**k!! I knew it was coming. Frey was being far too kind to them. I knew it but it still shocked me. Joffrey's going to die now, I know it. Stannis threw them in the flames. Balon, Robb and Joffrey. And Robb's wife. Omg. So young. So young. Sansa, Bran, Rickon, Jon ... they're all that's left of Ned's kids. He's still my favorite character, but he's dead, so now his kids are my favorites ... maybe Arya's not dead. He could have hit her with the blunt end and knocked her out. I'm just rambling right now, but I don't know what to think. This is insane.

Actually our number one instinct is survival. But I get your point. Lol. What I love so much about this series, what has me so hooked, is that it's a fantasy world that's completely ridiculous but at the same time it's so incredibly realistic that you truly believe it. Robb had been the image of his father. I loved him for that. I don't feel so bad for them now, though. They're with him now, and they're not in this horrible world where everybody's killing each other. In some ways they're better off. I think it's just the method of their deaths that made me so angry. Mormont, Robb, Catelyn, all of them betrayed by their own. I could accept a noble death, but betrayal? As much as I hate it, that just adds to the realism. Which is why I love and hate this series. Lol. Are you telling me Dany is going to turn into a dirty ho like Cersei? But I like her so much. Oh well. I guess she can learn to be better. And seriously, Liann, you need to smack me or something, because I am starting to like Jaime and I don't like that at all. His stupid sense of humor and his stupid guilt trips and his stupid act of jumping in the bear cage to save Brienne (which was badass, and there were so many great lines in there) are making me like his stupid self. And Ygritte died. -___- She had to open her fooking eyes and have dramatic dialogue to make it worse. Stupid Martin and his stupid amazing books. Edit: OMG!! OMG!!! I JUST REALIZED!!!! ARSTAN!! ARSTAN! HE'S BARRISTAN THE BOLD, ISN'T HE??? I CAN'T BELIEVE I DIDN'T SEE IT BEFORE! He just defeated Mero with a stick, and now he's saying he's a knight. It's Ser Barristan, I should've seen it so long ago. He's probably going to say who is is in the next few sentences, but I freaked and wrote it here immediately anyways. Lol. It'll be awkward if I was wrong. He's replaced Ser Jorah as a new favorite of mine. He's honorable just like Ned was, and Ser Jorah has done too many things I don't like. Edit #2: Joff's dead. And Petyr was behind this all? He's pretty much adopted Sansa ... Idk what to think of him. He seems to mean good, but at the same time, he was the one who betrayed Ned. He betrayed him becuase he wanted Catelyn's daughters for his own, since he knew he could never have her. That I can't forgive him for ... Idk what to think. All I know is that that was a crazy twist and this book pretty much kicks a**.

I wish Littlefinger had fallen off the cliff with Sansa's crazy aunt. I finished the book btw. Davos is awesome. He got Stannis to go to the Wall. What a shocker. And Jon's Lord Commander. ;D Glad to see they FINALLY realize that killing themselves is only going to make them that much more vulnerable to the Others. Dany is also one my favorites but just because she has different reasons for sleeping around doesn't make her any less a ho. Ok WTFF?? Why'd they bring Catelyn back? Her body's a ruin and she was finally at peace, and they brought her BACK?? I did not like the ending to this novel at all. So many of the character's fates were left in the dark and the epilogue made me want to punch Martin in the face. And school starts tomorrow so I'm gonna have to wait a while til I get the next book. -_____-

Not fair? If sex outside of marriage is so normal in this series, then why was Ned Stark so ashamed of doing it? It's just as wrong in that world as it is in ours. I'll grant you it's just as widely done in that world as it is in ours, but that doesn't mean I'll just accept it. Ned was and still is my favorite character is because he's such a good person. My second favorite is Davos because he's also a great guy and he reminds me a lot of myself. I got the fourth book today. Martin needs to work on his prologues; they're too predictable. The narrator always dies. I have two years left in high school.
