Everyone and I mean everyone should read Hotel Babylon by Imogen Edwards-Jones. It's the book that inspired the TV show and it's absolutely fantastic, my copy's falling apart lol.

Have you guys read The Silver Sword by Ian Serraillier (sp?)? We have that book for Literature at school this year and I thought it would be dead boring but it's actually quite a good book.

OK, not so much a favourite book, but a recommendation for the girls on here who appreciate a bit of chick lit. I'm currently reading Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend by Jenny Colgan and it's brilliant, I highly recommend it!
