Ginny said that to Ron in HBP,which makes Ron so jeaolus & using Lav to get Hermione's attention.but do you think she really kissed Krum & when was it happened?though i read in an article that Ron earn Hermione's first kiss coz he is a SPEW member now lol

I think JKR left that open for the readers to decide.
We know that Hermione and Ginny would've shared a fair deal of 'girl talk.' Hermione knew how Ginny felt about Harry and gave her some advice on how to get him to notice her, or something to that affect. So if Hermione had kissed Krum, she most probably would've told Ginny, but then what does that say about the former for blurting it out to Ron? I doubt Hermione would've approved of Ginny sharing the information, particularly to Ron.
Harry himself believed that it was most likely to be true, but we never really get a concrete answer. I don't think it matters though. The mere possibility of it was enough to make Ron jealous, whether it happened or not is inessential.
Personally though, I think Hermione did kiss Krum. And I'm basing that belief on the fact that all the other characters (Harry, Ron, and Ginny) had dated/kissed others before reaching their "one," so it's probable that Hermione shared the same experience.
I think Ginny, in her sibling anger, lost her head and inadvertently revealed something she wasn't supposed to.

as for me, well, i think he may have given her a peck or something, but she didn't really snog anyone until mclaggen, or.. i don't really, but i would love to read a fic in which that happens, ron finds out she never did kiss krum.. i don't know haha, everything is possible.

yeah loads of fics say she never. I believe she did. Harry and Ginny knew. She may have told Ginny who blurted it to Harry maybe.
Or maybe harry overheard?
No, I doubt Mclaggen and Hermione kissed.

JKR didn't put every second of Harry's life in the books. Lets say in HBP, while harry was in the burrow theres this part stating that they played two by two quidditch over the next few weeks or something. It may have been then. or some other time.

OK,so if you guys think Hermione had kissed Krum,so WHEN did the kiss happen?do you think it's happen in Yuleball or when Krum said goodbye to her?

I like to think it was in the Yule Ball after Ron and her got into a fight. Hermione left the common room started crying and she receives a kiss, she thinks its Ron who got the message but when the kiss stops, to her horror she sees Viktor.

I think she kissed him after she had a fight with Ron in the common room after the Yule Ball was over.
