Actually "The Host" has a whole different audience than Twilight, and it is actually much more respected as a novel than Twilight is. It actually has a good story to it. Far more loved than Twilight.

I would love to see her in the movie actually. Because the book is really good. It is far better than the Twilight Series, and if the Host is being produced by Summit, then Emma could have been wrangled in by the Summit Execs while working on "Perks". Who knows, it could actually be a VERY good movie for Emma to do.
And if people would get away from the "Twilight" hate, and see that this book is nothing like Twilight, even though it is by Stephenie Meyer... probably her best work she'll ever do... then they will see that this could be a very good thing.

Far more loved than Twilight. yeah I know it's different but the author is still Stephanie Meyer. Twi-hards will go mad on it because she wrote it, so they'll either love Emma because she's in it and over-obsess like they do with Rob and Kristen or they'll hate her because she's in Harry Potter. They'll still be very involved in it. It's just like if JK Rowling wrote something else and they made it into a film, we'd still be all like 'omgg' y'know?

As long as i am alive, i don't wanna see her a mile near a SM book. And 'good' for SM means she learned how to use punctuation right lol. SM = crap. Anything Twishit related = crap. I don't care and i KNOW this is false and yet it makes me freak out.

I think his name is... said he had just been cast in a new movie with Emma Watson, and one of Ed's new movies, apparently is "The Host".

Key word - rumour. Emma was casted in over 10 movies the past year. Until Emma or her reps confirm it, it is a rumour. Plus, we have two rumours here - 'apparently the new Ed's movie is 'The Host''. We don't even know if he is casted for that one, yet alone if Emma is casted to play in a movie with him... yeah. All rumours. And IMDB has proven as very unreliable site through the years. (Ed is a British actor, he's playing Chuck in Gossip Girl. I'd like to see him in a movie with Emma though. But not in this crap) don't mind my negativity but i hope with all fingers crossed this movie never happens- Just remembered, we have a thread for any role rumours to talk about until they are confirmed/denied. randeforum.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=emma&action=display&thread=2794&page=7
