Id love to see Rupert play a psychopathic serial killer in the same vein as T-Bag in Prison Break. It would not only be a great way to show off his acting talent but it would also be a role where it would be impossible for people to look at him and see Ron Weasley.

Id love to see Rupert play a psychopathic serial killer in the same vein as T-Bag in Prison Break. It would not only be a great way to show off his acting talent but it would also be a role where it would be impossible for people to look at him and see Ron Weasley. Agree. I wanna see Rupert as a psyco. I think he would could look totally scary. ;D Can't wait to see whatever he'll be doing though. |

I believe he'd be awesome in Leo's role type. Thrillers, dramas... whatever it is he's doing it. He has great comedy timing but he def shouldn't go for that in the upcoming 10 years lol. He's way too recognizable by the comedy roles at the moment. I know they weren't that many, but 7 HP movies in which he plays the funny sidekick + WT where he also plays the funny sidekick AND the upcoming Eddie movie in which he will also be a silly character... You got the point. I love him, but if he wants to get many roles and acceptance from the critics he should do something else, totally different. CB was a different movie but it wasn't a big one to get their attention.
So i say, go to Leo's way.

I think he is a great comedic actor but i think it would be best for his career if the next few movies after "Eddie the Eagle" are more serious and quite a bit darker. |

At this point i just want him to work period, taking a break is nice and dandy but the kid NEEDS to find work right now and fast otherwise opportunities will fade away in time.
