I think it's 99% sure she'll do it. And i can't wait for it either, i haven't read the book but from what i've heard, it's a good and quite controversial.

Yeah I read the first chapter of the book and I'm looking for it to read the rest. Interesting. I'm curious how it will come out in a screenplay!

For anyone who has read the books what would Emma's role as "Sam" actually involve? What would she be doing in this movie (ie drinking, smoking, swearing, having sex).

I only remember that she's supposed to have brown hair. Can't remember about the length though. O.o *re-reads*Yep- "Incidentally, Sam has brown hair and very very pretty green eyes."I think she'll play her with short hair. It def suits the character well. I wonder about the rating of this movie really... probably PG-13 but they can easily go for something as 15+. The plot is kinda... very dark and deep and there are so many "wrong/bad" stuff happening...

Emma's doing a new movie? I must be the only one on this board that hasn't heard yet. Good for her. And there's a book too?

These quotes were on another topic but i thought they were relevant hear ^ It sounds great. I cannot wait to see what will besome of these two! But I'm a little worried too about the wallflower movie (I haven't read the novel!) Because many fans do not want to see Emma in "sex-film roles." ^ I agree I'm a tad nervous about that as well. Call me a sap I'm just not ready to let go yet and I would never want any of the HP cast to get in trouble ever. I have not read the book so i don't know for certain but i did find this quote in the book Of course that certainly doesn't mean that Emma will actually have a sex scene in this movie but it does look like she might have to make the noises of having sex as the main character can hear her having sex. I know its a bit stupid of me but i am hoping Emma holds off on the sex scenes for at least a few years. I know she will eventually do them as sex scenes are a part of acting (though she might not do nudity as there are plenty of ways to film sex scenes without nudity) i just want Emma to wait a few years so her role as Hermione Granger isn't quite a fresh in everyones minds (if that makes sense).

You're joking right? Right? Charlie is hearing Sam/Crag having sex there. And what has that to do with Emma doing nudity or sex scene? He LISTENS them, he doesn't SEE them. Get the difference? If anything from this scene is the movie, which i doubt, there will be moans - which has nothing to do with nudity or whatever you're implying there.
