Right so, onto some random news. There's an extended trailer which is being shown behing the fourth Shrek movie in 3D - apparently, the new scenes include Master Pakku attacking a fire nation soldier using waterbending (see the video below, someone recorded that part in the cinema, it looks totally awesome), the iceberg Aang is in breaking through the ice, more shots of the southern water tribe, and the gaang on the back of Appa.

Also, according to some rumours flying around, Nickelodeon has copyrighted the name of "Avatar: The Legend of Korra".

Ok, so...

a) Thanks for the video Although I think they're going the same route as WB did with HBP and giving away too much, so I'm thinking I'll not watch ._.

b) KORRA? I can't imagine an Avatar series without Aang's gang ( ).

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Lets hope they don't release a lot more.

IKR? xD It'd be weird to have an Avatar without Sokka, Aang, Katara, Zuko, Toph and Appa. People are speculating that it's either the Avatar after Aang (so she/he would be from the water tribe), or something to do with the past (before the gaang). If it does happen, and it does go ahead, my money would be on a story about the next Avatar...which would be slightly depressing, 'cause that would mean Aang & Co. are all dead. xD Wow, I'm such a happy person. ;D

Or maybe Korra will be interconnected with Aang and co. somehow. It'd be really nice to see them again. And I was hoping we could see something about Zuko's mother. Did she have a name in the Aang series?

Oh and I just had another thought. If Korra is the next Avatar, then it's obvious we'll see Aang at some point. Roku was Aang's guide often, and I guess Aang will do the same for Korra.

If Korra is the Avatar, that means Aang would have had to have died - but I really would love to see adult!gaang ;D
Yeah, I guess you're right - If Korra is the next avatar, then Aang would be the one to guide her, so we may at least get to see him. Old man Aang would be weird...good, but very strange.

Yeah, Zuko's mother was called Ursa, so liklihood it has anything to do with her is very slim. :/

Yeah, I always wondered that too, Liann. Personally, I think at least one of Aang and Katara's spawn (I LOVE this word xD) did become an Airbender.
But YES. You might be onto something there. It definitely might be that - which would be very interesting to see.

OH, I'm so jealous. I so badly want to see an Avatar trailer. I saw literally a three second clip in the cinema yesterday when they were playing the "summer films 2010" trailer, but that was it.

My friend saw the teaser trailer on the big screen in the theatre yesterday when she went to watch Iron Man 2 and she told me she screamed in the theatre
