Oh, I wish Iroh was still alive. He was awesome! Hopefully there will be new sites popping up just for people to watch Korra on - or the other ATLA sites might upload them. What?! You're only on Book One?! That's crazy. We just got Book Three released about a year ago. Even then there's no extras/subtitles like the American versions. I miss the extra's. It's literally just the episodes. But then I suppose that's better than nothing, I guess. Haha, I was actually planning on doing a DH vid with it when both the films have been released (or if I feel the need to with the trailers xD). The HBP one by ILoveThesePeople used only the trailers, so it is possible. YES. I love his/her videos, their editing is crazy good! Wish I could edit like that. xD That video is one of my faves! ;D My ATLA vid is to Fix You by Coldplay, haaaa. Nice and easy to vid for the first half of the song, but it's the end bit that I'm struggling with. D: I seem to have forgotten how to edit to beats. *facepalm* EDIT: Have a sneak peak!

This place is kinda (very) late on the insignificant stuff (not on Twilight though, they'll go to any lengths to put up a poster as big as the cinema screen outside the halls -.-). But my friend ordered the US DVDs from online so we watch episodes all the time. The DVDs here are just the episodes too though, and the covers aren't even epic like the US ones. >_< Haha, I was actually planning on doing a DH vid with it when both the films have been released (or if I feel the need to with the trailers xD). The HBP one by ILoveThesePeople used only the trailers, so it is possible. Yes, yes do it ASAP! But I guess you'll have to wait though, ILoveThesePeople was only able to do it because WB had released half the movie by then, which they CLEARLY haven't done now >.> YES. I love his/her videos, their editing is crazy good! Wish I could edit like that. xD That video is one of my faves! ;D My ATLA vid is to Fix You by Coldplay, haaaa. I like Raven's videos, but I'm sure that you could easily match up to her. xD @your preview - I can already see the awesome editing. For serious, it'll be coo'. ;D

The US A:TLA dvds= epic. I want them so bad, but we only have region 1 DVD players, so yeah, they won't work. Same about the Twilight thing, the entire cinema complex was plastered in Eclipse posters a month prior to it being released - The Last Airbender got released today, no advertising whatsoever...The Eclipse posters are still even up! XD Haha, you're so right! I swear, 4 months before HBP got released we had about 70% of the film in trailer-form. I'm gonna do a huge, HUGE Harry Potter vid when all eight films have been released, always had that planned. The only problem is downloading the movies and having enough computer memory. x) To download all these A:TLA ep's for the vid, I had to delete 50 episodes of Chuck and Supernatural. D: Aw, thanks! ;D It's my first time vidding anime/cartoon style clips, and it's a big difference from vidding live action stuff...Like, you can't slow down the clips, because then they go all jittery and then layering them is even more difficult. But it's OH-SO much fun! It's the first vid in a long, long while that I've actually enjoyed doing. Raven has awesome talent - I just don't understand how she edits perfectly to all those beats! TLA has now reached just over $180 million - it opened up in the UK today, so it should maybe hit $200 million within the next month. (http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=lastairbender.htm) Not sure how good this is, but at least it's passed to production costs of £150 million. Blah, I want some more Korra news. xD

I was surprised actually that TLA hadn't reached $200 million already. You're going to go watch it in the theatre right? I didn't think it was worth a second watch really, but it's must if you watched half a screen after downloading it.

Eh, I'm not so sure. :/ If I do go, it'll be next wednesday with my Mom...But then I'm not sure if I can sit there and watch the film without being embarrassed by it and worrying what other people are thinking of it, if you get what I mean? I enjoyed it, I did - I'm just not sure if my Mom/friends will, because none of them have watched the cartoon and none of them know I'm a huge fan of it. xD And lets face it, some of the scenes were just...not good. Six earthbenders = one rock?! In fact, that entire scene...just...no.
But then I feel guilty for downloading it, so now I feel obligated to go and spend the money and watch it at the cinema. XD
Is it worth it for the special effects? Blah, I have no idea whether to go or not. HELP. x)

Best I could get was "The effects were good". Oh yes, the effects were really good on the big screen. The water wave was stunning (if only it had been put to better use >.>). But if you don't really care for the effects then just wait for the DVD. xD

I'm guessing you weren't a fan of HBP then? xD I told my Mom it isn't a good film...I said to her the effects were apparently amazing and they had the overall storyline still there, but the dialogue and pacing is just plain awful. She said she doesn't mind seeing it though. I just hate that feeling you get when you're embarrassed for the film itself, it's horrible. I'm undecided as to whether I should go when it's packed (more people, the more I can just blend in) or in a months time when hardly anyone's going (less people, less people judging). D: I think I'll regret it if I don't go and see it at the cinema, so I may just have to force myself. You know, the ironic thing is people's reactions to The Last Airbender are so, SO similar to what the Gaang's reaction was to the play of themselves in The Ember Island Players episode. XD

Ne, I didn't like HBP. I liked it when I first saw it...I think, or maybe I was just in denial that it was bad. But yes, I disliked it. I mean, the acting was superb and stuff but it focused way too much on the romance when it should have been doing so on Voldemort's past. Two memories were just not enough. And I don't like that I keep bringing up HP in this thread so I'll shut up now. Go when there's nobody there, I love being in an empty theatre, you can make all the noise you want and nobody cares. ;D And I really think you should go after watching it in that quality. You might actually like it better, because watching something on your computer screen just doensn't match up to a cinema. But that's just my opinion, s'ok if you don't wanna go. And ROFL, I never realized that. ;D *Goes to rewatch*

I...What?! XD HAHAHAHAHA. The funny thing is, it actually improves the scene from what it originally was. Ne, I didn't like HBP. And ROFL, I never realized that. ;D *Goes to rewatch* I felt the same about HBP - not one of my favourites. Yeah, you see the video Liann just posted? That's downloaded from the same torrent I used, so it was that quality. For the last 15 minutes of the film I also had half a screen, because the person who was filming it shifted to the right slightly. I really do want to go - I'll gladly go on my own if I had the confidence to, but I don't think I could sit through it with everyone else. For example, the scene with the six earthbenders is just... Ha. Oh anddddd... See the irony? xD
