okay this question has been bothering me for SOO long now.. sorry,
but like my teacher said that they are not considered ur nephew or niece since ur cousin is not ur bro or sis.

then my mom says that ur they are ur niece and nephew because ur still related to ur cousin.

hmmmm bothers me...
