That made me smile. My husband tells me always the same. Honestly it is true I tend to see the negative in life. You are right we have seen many examples of actors going on from tv to movie. However this case is different. He does the opposite. He goes from worldwide well known movies to tv. I just hope that while doing this show he gets time to still do movies as well, which should help not being typecast so quickly again. I just wonder, while he is under cbs if they let him do any movies he wants or if he is limited because of some contract with them. Also what I find strange was, didn't he say he prefers being part of a group then one of a lead on movies, and that het used to be uneasy with that on HP . Now he is a lead on a tv show??? I hope peoples don't think that I am against Rupert, it is just I am really bewildered with his choice in work. About the poor reviews on his last films, I never meant to say they were about Rupert, rather then the films. Rupert always got great reviews, it is the films itself that did get poor ones. I just find it a pity for him because he is a great actor and peoples know that but it seems his post Potter movies haven't got the recognition that Emma's or Dan's got, which I really hoped he would.

Its good to be back with this great news of Rupert. He certainly has the talent as an actor and already a well known and loved actor from the HP movies I am sure he will get the recogniton he deserves with this sitcom from his hordes of fans in U.S. Even if it is not as successful as we hoped he is still a young man with years ahead to find great movie roles. I will alwaysd support and admire this young man whatever eventuates. Very proud he is taking on a leading role and looking forward to seeing his other movies he has been involved in of late......if they ever come my way.

just saw this tweet, in reply to the current Dr Who leaving. Craig Ferguson is a US late-night talk show hosted by Scottish American comedian Craig Ferguson, in the CBS late-night lineup.

Yeah but American TV has a bad habit of doing that-another station could easily pick it up-a smarter station!!! Greater things await Rupert!!! Watch!!
