Ron would never hurt Hermione, those H/Hr fans are just delusional. Ron and Hermione love one another so much it is clearly obvious from the sixth and seventh books at least

first of all, hermione would never put up with abuse. she's stronger than that.
second of all... i can't pretend i understand how anyone would arrive at the conclusion that ron would be abusive toward his wife.

Yes, my points exactly, plus Ron was raised better than that.

I never get how people can see Ron as abusive. Not only would Mrs. Weasley most likely kill him if he ever hit or beat up a woman. She and Mr. Weasley didn't raise him to be like that. Not to mention, I doubt Harry would take too well to that, considering Hermione is like his sister. Plus, I doubt that Hermione would stand for that. She wouldn't love him as much as she does if he were abusive.
And it's just so not in character for Ron. I mean, this boy didn't even grab Hermione's wrists to stop her from hitting him when he came back in Deathly Hallows. This is the boy who screamed and pleaded with Bellatrx to take him instead of torturing Hermione. He just wouldn't do that.
