I had a 5 star(!!) chef and his wife coming to eat an irish steak tonight. His wife said to me that she could never go eat somewhere in town with her husband because he's so uneasily pleased and is such a 'critic'. He said that my steak was absolutely fantastic! BOOYAAHHHH!!
