I was thinking more along the lines of one of those fake nose/glasses/mustache combo things you can get at the dollar store.

Disney bought the script and washed out their virgin eyes after reading it, apparently. So the guy who wrote it had to edit it a ton until they ended up with the final, PG-rated script.
