things were certainly over exaggerated. i however don't like that she brought up harry because it went back on everything ever said. why can't two people ever be friends without there being anything more? now it gives harry and hermione shippers something to talk about and the fact that JK Rowling did pretty much say she wished she would have searched a Harry and Hermione path because of the tent scene, etc.
If anything I think it was Emma that helped Jk Rowling toward the ending rethink what she said. Emma is still a number one supporter and I'm glad Emma added Vice Versa as in...if Hermione would make Ron happy. I thought Emma was even rethinking it but in actuality...she's still one big supporter. It was nice knowing Emma was uncomfortable doing some scenes not even in the books. I feel like the movies have made JK Rowling rethink Harry and Hermione...rethink what she wrote in some ways. Psh. Emma should have had the main say. Haha. Because Emma isn't easily misguided.
I love the fact that Jo said something about uptight girls liking funny guys. And Emma concluded the interview with... They NEED a funny guy...which pretty much was saying at the end of the day...Hermione needs Ron. So it started off with Jo questioning things...but having a good ol' girl talk with Emma just to realize 'ok, they'd be able to make it work.' and Emma even touched up on Ron always feeling like he was in the shadows, so it was good for him. I think Jo always placed herself into Hermione, and wanted to end up with a Ron like character and when she didn't...she questioned everything.
im still slightly disappointed in jo for saying all of this. for making it seem like a love triangle. like they were more then brother and sister. but the aggravation with emma is gone because i think she's what made jk rowling rethink what she was saying. emma doesn't seem to doubt ron and hermione for even a minute. she only said some people would wonder if they'd make each other happy...and i'm pretty sure she wasn't pinning herself with that. she attached herself to hermione and took her character so seriously that you could tell she was still defending hermione's choice with ron.
besides...harry isn't at all funny. it'd be serious with serious. harry and hermione needed people that could lighten up the mood.
i've noticed H/Hr shippers seem to find themselves not continuing to read the rest of the interview, haha. they just keep mentioned the top half whereas at the end it's concluded what happened was meant to happen. >.>

I was shocked and upset. That's all I could say. Gah! But hey, Romione happened anyways. And honestly, I kind of dislike JK Rowling for regretting Romione. >.<

Is Jo a horcrux?
Don't get me started on Emma's "hhr are true equals".LEAST LOVED BY HIS MOTHER. LEAST LOVED BY THE GIRL WHO PREFERS YOUR BEST FRIEND. LEAST LOVVED BY JK ROWLING.
What lovely way to sh** on a character by, 7 years after the books having finished, still holding his leaving against him (eventhough she gave him a brilliant repentance and growth for it).
NHFT Ron hate.

JKR didn't regret R/Hr. She didn't say that H/Hr were better either. Just that they had traits that might make their relationship (if there ever would be one) work out. But the thing is, Harry just takes everything Hermione throws at him and Hermione just throws everything at him. She lectures him, and he takes it. He'll probably keep quiet. That's why it'll work out.
Ron and Hermione on the other hand bring out the most in each other, the best in each other. Their relationship may be risky, but she said that they probably WOULD work out. So there's no regret here. We shouldn't hate on JKR.

Yeah but like always people hate without even taking the time of reading the whole interview. In the interview we see that it's EMMA who encourage Romione , say that Ron had became an adult and deserve her. Emma even said that people could question if Hermione would make Ron happy. Emma NEVER talk about Harry once.

I did read it and I'm talking solely about Ron and how he is still being put under Harry and Hermione as a character.
