If there's one type of movies that i don't like (apart from the teenage crap comedy) is war dramas. Of course i will watch these movies because of Rupe, but it will be my first and last time watching war drama. x)

^ I was thinking that, alot of War films going on here, Rupert Yeah, same here. Maybe it's because they saw his acting skills in Deathly Hallows which was darker. Maybe that's the reason.

I think these 2 movies don't have so much in common. I mean 'Comrade' is a war movie during a war, but 'Wartime Wanderers' seems more of a movie about the aftermath of a war. Probably there will be some battle scenes, but I think the movie is more about the football team and the players and how they didn't let the war take away football from them. My opinion, of course.
And as a football fanatic, I really want to see Rupert's football skills. I can already see the videos on YT. 'Messi vs Grint'. That would be fun.

I totally agree with you and it seems some fans are really picky now . First it was the "rumoured" Horror flick not it's the "2nd war film" that they aren't very happy about lol. Really people, enjoy the fact that he is getting offers and working to show the world that amazing talented.

Interesting, good for him.
Just because it is a War film, doesn't mean the two movies are even close. The similarity could only be that they are set during war time.
I think people should be happy he is finally getting roles, as it is hard nowadays with competition. Just be supportive.

I don't really care what he's in as long as he's working and I will have future films to drool over! I was a little worried for a while, (before Comrade) that maybe he was taking too much time off, but now with a couple of more shoots in the pipeline, I'm super excited that I will have more Rupert to watch!

LOL...I feel like we were not allowing the trio to have "down time" and were worried too much about them not doing post-Potter stuff- well look at all of them now!! I think this movie about football players around WWII sounds rather intriguing.

More news 'Wartime Wanderers' to reach the big screen the extraordinary story of how 15 Bolton Wanderers football players signed up on the same day to fight in the Second World War – sacrificing their careers and in one case, life – is to be played out on the big screen. The movie, Wartime Wanderers, will star Rupert Grint and Rupert Everett, and is based on a 2001 book of the same name. In 1939, led by team captain Harry Goslin and inspired by the war effort, Bolton's team all enlisted in the 53rd Bolton Artillery Regiment. Many of them saw active service. www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/films/news/cannes-diary-lady-gaga-mona-lisa-and-salvador-dali-ndash-in-3d-ready-for-the-surreal-deal-2283433.htmlGoslin was the only one not to return, after he was killed by shrapnel on the Italian front.
