Calling all graphic makers!
I've decided to have another competition since the last time we did it was a big success and we had a lot of votes and submissions! However this time, I needed to tweak around with the rules this time... And here they are:
Rules/Qualifications:
1. Anyone is allowed to submit whether you are a new member or an old member.
2. Only ONE banner can be submitted.
3. Must be a high quality banner (Please refrain from using low quality images)
4. I would prefer .PNG format over .JPG format if possible. (.PNG does tend to keep the graphic from getting grainy or pixel-y for some reason.) And yes, .GIF format is allowed. 
5. Please use recent pictures! However, feel free to use older pictures but we would prefer the new.
6. Banner must be 750x300.
7. Must include the title "Rupert and Emma Fan Forum" in banner.
8. Submit all entries by January 23rd, 2011
9. PM me (Valerie) and plleeeease try not to show it off to other members until I start the voting session. 
10. Just be creative and have fun with it!
I need maybe 5+ submissions also but I'm only going to choose the Top 3 banners with the one on 1st place being automatically defaulted as the default layout of the forum. We will be doing a private vote again once submission ends.
If members have any questions about this, I'm leaving this thread open for discussion about it. Currently making poll. |

Um, I think my banner is a bit good themed for Valentine's Day, right? I mean it's at least red.

Whoops! Sorry guys, I just started my new sememster and I've already been busy. I'm thinking about extending this to get more in. Might as well since I won't be back until maybe the weekend. So I extended the date until January 23rd, 2011.
