More than 30 butterfly-inspired paintings by celebrities, including singer Katherine Jenkins, actor Rupert Grint, footballer Theo Walcott (his picture is shown above) and members of the band Coldplay, will be auctioned on website eBay at the end of March to raise money for Keech Hospice Care. The group of paintings, called the Chrysalis Collection, will also be on display at the Stockwood Discovery Centre in Luton next month.

That's so creative! Not only does Rupes have acting talent, but artistic talent as well.

Oh, & it's also evident that he put a fair bit of time & effort into it. That's so lovely. But I wouldn't expect anything less from a sweetheart like him. (:

Oh wow, I saw it yesterday in their Fall 2009 Newsletter they have on their site but of course I had no way of knowing it was Rupert's painting. Also, this one is much better cause you can see all the details. I really love this painting.

I really love it. Quirky, humorous, and lovely all at once, just like the artist himself.
What I really like about it is from a distance, it looks like delicate Damascene work. Then you get closer and see all those funny faces in the wings.
