You'll love it! Since we live in the same area, I'm curious... what theater did you see it in?

Yeah, Nat, it came out on Friday . When's it out for you? And yeah, Ken is pretty much glorious. OMG YES. That tortilla head? Holy hell. I about peed my pants. And then SPANISH!Buzz--"The cowboy!" Oh God, oh God, so effing funny!! I need to see it again to memorize the quotes.
And yeah. Andy and Bonnie's scene? I was dead. Just sniffling like I was a small child. Not to mention the incinerator scene, when they all took each other's hands. Oh my God--I really thought that was the end. I mean, it couldn't be, but holy hell.
The whole thing is so deep too, questions about the end of life, where we belong, who and what is family, how to deal with losing the ones we love... BO!! I was so certain we'd see her at the end... and then we didn't . That guts me more in retrospect than it did while watching it. But the way Woody talked about her--just that one sentence--GUUUUUUUUH. And him looking and seeing that picture of Andy and all his toys, and the "You'll always be with me," OH SWEET LORD. Oh great. Now I'm crying again. EFF YOU PIXAR, you always TAKE my TEARS. I loved Bonnie's toys. Buttercup had to be my favorite, just because it was a freaking MANLY UNICORN. Also, I loved Trixie. Haha. "Oh, it's just a dinosaur down the street! Just a dinosaur, let me take care of that.." Ahh, it really was a great movie. The holding hands, oh man.... Just... oh gosh. THE CLAAAAAAAAWWWW

I'm such a dork--I JUST realized/found out that Barbie is voiced by Jodi Benson, friggin' Ariel from The Little Mermaid. *facepalm* Buttercup was totally the shiz. And whatshisname, the hedgehog? He was a GERMAN hedgehog. Those leiderhosen were amazing.
When Andy waved goodbye to Bonnie, and she waved, then she waved Woody's hand... Oh God. And then Andy sort of gasped... I was gone. I know! Jodi Benson just brings her to life! It was sooo cute! I was surprised that's how it ended. They ACTUALLY convinced me that it would end in the attic. I mean WHOA! I didn't even think of Bonnie, or how her getting the toys would flow well with the story. Also........ Woody can write?

To those who've watched it: Did the dynamic between Woody, Buzz, and Jessie kind of remind you of the trio? I felt like SUCH an HP nerd watching it, but I thought it was funny how Woody is the main character and Buzz and Jessie liked each other. Buzz even got slightly jealous of Woody at one point (EL VAQUERO! hahahaha omg). And Jessie always seemed specifically worried for Woody...like when he was saying goodbye to them in Andy's room at the end. Yea. I had to say something about it.

I can't believe I didn't notice that... weird! Cool but weird! I loved Toy Story 3. I cried so much at the end! It was bittersweet.
