Almost fifty people witnessing you guys virtually arm wrestling over Rupert... priceless!
I've been debating throwing my two cents in because it's just not popular opinion. I can't help but repeat my mantra for the past... Lord, has it been a year and a half? If there is nothing more than just a lasting friendship, a great onscreen connection and some fun stuff that gives me something to chew on and analyze, so be it. For as many reasons as we've all come up with over the years for Rupert and Emma to gravitate toward each other, they very obviously have come up wtih a few that trump those things. I can't hate on a guy like Jay when he's Emma's choice and seemingly a smarter choice than her last one.
I'm waiting for HBP promotions as much as the next fangirl. Truly. But I'm not going to let Emma having a boyfriend ruin my world. At the end of the day, it just doesn't matter to me. I LOVE R/E, I do- both on their own and together and I will be nothing less than grateful for the fact that they truly brought Ron and Hermione such tangible qualities and have the kind of chemistry that makes them feel so real.
I would just hope that if there was a moment for R/E that they met it head on and at least gave it a shot so there aren't any regrets. If it wasn't meant to be or it already was, I hope it was everything they- and us- have imagined.

Why should it be Emma's first and not Rupert's first? Who cares? Just as long as I get my damm R/Hr kiss. lol THANK YOU! Who cares if it's not their first kisses? It's not going to make the moment even less amazing. And I'm happy for Emma. Don't know the guy so I'm not going to judge. If she's happy then I am too. I'll still enjoy R/E no matter what  |
