Hi everyone . I've been lurking here for a month now, reading all of the great fanfics here that made me said "WOW!" thousand times . But only now I dare myself to register. Haha. Well, you see my user name, but you pronounce it just the same with the word 'funny'. I'm a uni student, currently residing in Singapore, but originally come from Indonesia (anyone even been to Bali Island?). Well, nice to meet you all guys! . I will keep looking around here . Best, Fanny.

Awww thank you for the warm welcome! Bali is so beautiful, isn't it? It's (i think) the most exotic place in my country . He he, and next time you came to Singapore, you can just contact me . Anyways, can someone explain to me about what is 'poking', 'exalts', and any other thing that I may encounter in this forum? Thanks in advance . PS : Christina, I heart your fanfics!

Aww thanks hun!! I absolutely LOVED Bali! Beautiful place and everyone was so nice there! I'm dying to go back again with my friends once I get a bit of cash and a break from uni. Singapore was great too - but omg no chewing gum!! lol Umm I think a *poke* is just people being silly and 'poking' each other to get their attention - this might be in order for them to hurry up with a chapter of FF, or a video, or a graphic etc Definitions of 'Exalt' and 'Smite' are in the FAQs thread - but in short, you exalt when someone does something you like (e.g. a graphic, video, FF etc) so their 'Karma' points go up. Smiting is when someone says or does something that displeases you, and their karma points go on. I think the admins have removed karma settings though.

Yep, Bali is a must for travelling. Hehe. Which places you've visited during your vacation there? Kuta Beach? Tanah Lot? You must go back there someday. *lol* Yeah Singapore is a very clean country. You'll be fined for lots of things . But trust me, once you travel to much less fancier places than Orchard (you went there, didn't u?), you'll find garbages, gums, etc. Lots of them . O Ic. so that's karma means....and why did it being removed??

^ Sorry there was a typo in my last post. I meant "karma points go down " not "on" YES!! I went to Kuta Beach! Love love loved it! I can't remember the names much, because it was about 5-6 years ago, but I really want to go back. It was so relaxing. I don't remember the names of the cities in Singapore either lol But yes it was extremely clean. I remember being impressed by the advanced technology and public transport (much better than Sydney's)! What about you? Have you travelled much? Come to Australia, it's cool ;D Not sure why karma was removed. A possible reason could be because a lot of people were getting smited recently.

Aw, so you're from Australia. No wonder you know Bali that well . I went to Bali once, and already forgot which places I went to *lol*. But yeah, Kuta Beach is totally awesome!!! You like MRT and bus system in Singapore? I liked them too when I first came here two years ago. But now, they're all seem boring. It's organized, very neatly. But it's becoming a routine, everyday just like that. Haha. I've never been to Australia before! Even though it's quite near with Indonesia. Must wait until I graduate, get a work, and save some money to do travelling, I guess. But definitely I want to go to Australia. Want to see kangaroo! *lol*

Lol well it's probably better to have an organised, neat, routine public transport system than one where the trains/buses are filthy and graffiti'd, very slow, and it's more common for trains to be late than on-time. I can't wait to travel when I graduate too, but that's going to be like 4-5years away! But yeah, Australia is nice, everyone seems to like it - lol I'm used to it and take it for granted cos I've lived here my whole life. Personally, I like echidnas the best out of Aussie wildlife - they are HILARIOUS when they walk, lol! Anyway, enjoy the forums!
