New quote by Bill: Is Rupert Grint, in fact, confusingly attractive? I mean, you did see him naked in a bathtub full of milk, Bill. This is not something most of us do at our jobs. [Laughs.] Life is cruel! There are many young women all over the world — and perhaps young men, too — who really would yearn to be in my situation and see Rupert naked in a bath full of milk. That it should fall to me is kind of cruel, isn’t it? But yeah, he was very cool to work with, Rupert. nymag.com/daily/entertainment/2010/10/bill_nighy_interview.html

I have to admit, I’m kinda gobsmacked by the fact that he always found doing comedy difficult. I would have never thought but then it’s because he’s such a naturalist as Lynn says.

Just got around to watching this and I have to say he is amazing. Just like he was in Cherrybomb. I really can't decide where I like him more. I love him in Harry Potter. he was pretty good in Drivers Lesson. But. I can't decide what comes in second for Rupert Grint... Harry Potter is first for sure. But Wild Target/Cherrybomb are tied in second. Prolly Cherrybomb because his role was bigger.
The great thing about Rupert was never once did I think of him as Ron Weasley in these movies. I looked at him as a totally different character. And that is very hard to do when you see an actor for so long in a movie.
Rupert is just wow. Amazing!
-------
This movie was also very good. Wild Target was hilarious. Both the main girl and main guy were very good at their roles. Even when Rupert wasn't in a scene I very much enjoyed it. But. He really did make the movie. He was adorable, sweet, and totally clueless. And, I found it soooo cute when he'd like harm the 'bad' guy and start saying sorry and telling him what to do. Like the ear scene! =]
