I use fan-sites.org and fanlounge.org fanlounge is what rupertandemma.org is hosted on. you can always start making a website at freewebs.com and then request to be hosted somewhere else.  |

you can always start as a staff member of a website before creating your own. Just to get experience in updating and all that... without having to do ALL of it.  |
