Well, we've only been waiting for this moment forever.
"There was a clatter as the basilisk fangs cascaded out of Hermione's arms. Running at Ron, she flung them around his neck and kissed him full on the mouth. Ron threw away the fangs and broomstick he was holding and responded with such enthusiasm that he lifted Hermione off of her feet." -pg. 625 US version
How hot will that be onscreen? It was perfect. *sighs*

theyll probably guna make it much more dramatic and i can just see rupert lifting emma off her feet I'm most especially looking forward to that bit, if they do it like it is in the book. And maybe we'll get lucky and have more kisses! Ron/Hermione moments: -Hermione getting worried about Ron when he hadn't come back yet -"Always the tone of surprise?" and Hermione still having her arms around his neck -Ron constantly comforting Hermione when she'd cry or worry. (So proud of him for that, by the way) -Ron trying to be all "gallant" by letting Hermione sleep on the cushions and that bit about Harry observing them and how their hands almost touched while they sleep. -Constant compliments between the two. -Hermione appreciating Ron more, which was a big contrast to HBP where she'd dismiss him or ignore him. -Ron's emotional scene with the locket and Harry reassuring Ron. -Hermione crying at night when Ron left -Ron defending Hermione from Harry at times "Don't you have a go at her!" Haha! -Ron's anguish at Bella torturing Hermione. -Ron asking Hermione to dance. Or more specifically, ordering her to dance with him. And there's tons more!

Considering Rupert is so much bigger than Emma, and Rupert has carry someone like Julie Walters, I think filmakers are going to all for the "lift Emma!!". It was more than perfect, and as Ron said “so it’s now or never, isn’t it?”. Yes, perfect timing!

I like how they still had their arms around each other. Seriously, they were just so GAH! in this book.
Oh, and that book Ron gave Harry! Haha, too hilarious. Well, it did help him "get going with" Hermione.
Although I'm confused as to when their relationship is official. Is it when they kiss? But then at the wedding, Harry says "Sort of." but maybe that's what he just meant. They're just "sort of" together.
I'm just glad they got together. As if we'd have doubts about that!

Harry said "sort of" because he hasn't been blind all these years, and he knew how much Krum had hurt Ron and Hermione last year after Ginny's comment on the kiss; so he said "sort of" so Krum would back off, which he did. You know somoene that had not read the previous books, would have thought that these two were together from the very beggining. I wouldn't know when to call it official, I mean one could say the kiss but really even a DE could have seen these two are crazy for each other since the beggining.

Meep. So for my first post in like... forever, all I've got to say is... ZOMGIREADTHEBOOKANDITWASEFFINGAMAZING! But I honestly don't think I've cried so much in one day because of a book, or maybe just in general. And anyone who doesn't want to read any major spoilers should probably stop reading this reply, like... now.
Anyway, one could def. say that I really started my sobbing fit when Dobby died. Idk, but a part of me just imagined movie Dobby in the Chamber of Secrets and how adorable he was and then in the entire series as a whole and I just broke down. But as far as Ron/Hermione moments go- was I the only one who started to panic whenever either character or both at the same time weren't specifically stated as living-breathing-surviving? Especially the portion at the end of Fleur and Bills wedding, when the attack comes and Hermione is calling for Ron. Man, I was so stressed out. Apart of me wonders if I sobbed so hard for Dobby, how I would've managed if Ron or Hermione had died. *shakes head* *refuses to think about it* Anyway, some of my fav. scenes between are mainly some of the darkest/happiest scenes in the book. - The scene where Ron has to stab the locket made me sob. It was one of those moments that made you realize why I love him so much, ya know? Anyway, after seeing Riddle-Hermione and Riddle-Harry kiss, Ron gets the strength to destroy one of the horcrux's, and then cries. It depicted each and everyone of his insecurities, and out of all of them it was most apparent that not being good enough for Hermione stung him the most.
- One that really stands out is when Hermione is getting tortured by Bellatrix and Ron is locked up in the basement bellow with Harry, Luna, Dean, and Ollivander, and he can here her screaming in pain from bellow. The really sad part though, for me personally, was the entire time he was screaming her name back and sobbing. Can you imagine Rupert in that scene? We haven't gotten a chance to really see him tear up yet, so just imagining it broke me in half. I ran through about five tissue boxes in a matter of five minutes. It just tore my heart in half.
- Um, well, lets see, what did I forget- oh- ya THE KISS! It was AMAZING! I couldn't stop squealing.
Besides that there was really just a lot of little things. Glances, adoring looks from Hermione, knowing smiles from Ron. A dance at Fleur and Bills wedding- panicking when not knowing quite where the other might be or when one is in danger. Ron overall has REALLY stepped up in this one. And yes, we all know he developed a while ago, probably at book four, but this Ron, for me personally, really takes the cake. So the writers better stay true to him in the seventh movies or I'm going to flip the F**k out- no joke. Especially with the small things he did for Hermione- with help from Twelve Fail-Safe Ways to Charm Witches. He knows that he loves her- that he needs her to be happy, so the fact that he's putting in that obvious extra effort makes me smile. Oh- and Ron made Viktor look like a pansy. Cuz he's just amazing like that. ;D

Those were the two moments that I said, when we talking about the leaked book, made me cry out of sadness, anger and desperations. I don't know if you agree with me, but I think it's even more awful when we don't see the torture, but we hear it. I mean to read Hermione screaming but not seeing her, and just watching Ron's reaction was so heartbreaking.
I really hope they don't cut most of the scenes of them together.
